The typical focus here is to match the monitoring and notification needs of the organization to the most appropriate network monitoring/management product(s). We conduct interviews with the IT staff and management to discover which aspects of monitoring, management and notification are most important to them and the level of resources they have available to implement and maintain the NMS system. We then demonstrate candidate products and, upon acceptance, install the products, tune them for the particular customer environment and train the staff in their use. |
